Your Stay at CHOOKHOUSE fARMSTAY
At Chookhouse you will discover the perfect site to set up a base for a few days so that you can explore Toowoomba and the Western Downs. Jennie and Rob will provide you with a a warm welcome, whether it be your first visit to Chookhouse or your annual trip to the west.
There is enough space that your group will have time to unwind together and communal spaces provide the perfect opportunity to come together for a night time natter and the chance to experience a little outback hospitality. Jennie and Rob want your stay to be as easy and relaxing as possible. Below are a range of options to book.

Pepperina Trees - Powered Site
Secure off road powered sites, under the Pepperina Trees on a beautiful grassed area. Room for caravans, campers, motor homes. No tents allowed in this area. You have access to our fully functional amenities block.
Kids bring your bikes/scooters and ride around in a safe area. Helmuts must be worn at all times.
You will find rubbish bins for all your rubbish and recycling bits and bobs.

Showers and Toilets
For our guests in Pepperina you have access to a uni-sex amenities, flushing toilets, shower and handbasin facilities.
We ask that you do not place anything in the flushing toilets but human waste and paper.
For guests in Top Paddock Powered/Unpowered and Paddock Camp you have access to a uni-sex gas shower (preset temperature for the safety of children) and long drop toilets (eco toilets.

TOP PADDOCK POWERED
There are 4 powered sites available.
These are back in sites.
Please ensure your extension lead is a long one.
Caravans, camper trailers, RV's and tents welcome.
Kids bring your bikes/scooters and ride around in a safe area. Helmuts must be worn at all times.
You are welcome to bring your own fire pit or hire one of ours.

Top Paddock - Unpowered Camping
Large open area with plenty of room. This area is great for self-contained guests, who have their own amenities. We do have long drop (eco) toilets that you can use. There is also the use of our camp gas showers. They are preset temperature for the safety of children. Kids bring your bikes/scooters and ride around in a safe area. Helmuts must be worn at all times. Set up your fire pit or hire one of ours. You will find rubbish bins for all your rubbish and recycling bits and bobs

Paddock camp
There are 12 sites available all unpowered.
Plenty of room for everyone.
You will also find a long drop toilet (eco toilet) and a gas camp shower.
You are closer enough to watch the animals come up in the afternoon.
You are welcome to bring your own fire pit or hire one of ours.
